Introduction:

Seeko Games (Pty) Ltd built the Seeko Match Game application as a free app with in-app purchases. This service is provided by Seeko Games (Pty) Ltd at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you use the Service and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

  • Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Information Collection and Use

Personal data and children’s privacy:

We will not ask you to provide us with personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you.

Seeko treats all users as children under 16 years of age and does not screen users for age or offers registration, because it does not collect Personal Data.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 16. If we discover that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information without verification of parental consent, we immediately take steps to remove that information from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information or data, please contact us to enable us to take the necessary actions.

In respect of the protection of children’s data, we comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, 1998 (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulations, 2018 (GDPR).

Seeko will not:

  • Collect, use, store or share any personal, contact or geolocation information or data;

  • Send or transfer personally identifiable data to third parties;

  • Use third-party analytics or advertising.

We apply the following limitations to personal information collection for a user that is not of the minimum legal age required in their country of residence: Such a user cannot:

  • Display his / her real name or any information in the game (the application)

  • Access the chat, leaderboard, forums, SNS (Facebook, Game Center, etc)

  • Subscribe to newsletters

  • Use any other feature where users could appear under their real names.

Usage Data:

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device.

We utilize the Usage Data to provide and improve the Service.

Log Data:

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that era commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.

Usage Data will be retained by a third party service provider, namely Google Play Services, who processes the data on behalf of the Seeko Company for internal analysis purposes.

  • To facilitate our Service;

  • To provide the Service on our behalf;

  • To perform Service-related services; or

  • To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

We want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to your Usage Data. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf .However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
